One of your hammocks was given to my husband as a Christmas gift. We finally were able to get it out to use and it has a rip in the cloth of one of the barrels so it will not keep air. Since it was a gift we do not have the receipt. Can you help? Can it be returned or exchanged? This is a very big disappointment since he was very excited to get this item.
