We recently purchased a island bay 13 foot blue lattice quick dry with stand from hayneedle. We love it and the color is perfect. However when it arrived the box was destroyed and the rubber cover for the top of the bow was missing. We asked hayneedle to send us a replacement. They said either return it and they would send us a new one or except it like it is and they’d discount it. We cannot return it because we don’t have a box. Can we get a rubber cover from you
